"Fallyn has helped to raise awareness and funds towards the Alzheimer's Association through her Walk to End Alzheimer's team, Crowns for a Cause. Collectively they have raised over $10,000 in the past 3 years. In addition to raising funds, Fallyn has also helped to spread awareness of the Association and our mission. She has even created a program called "Fallyn's Forget Me Not Foundation" where she helps to bridge the gap between our youth and our aging population. She has delivered countless gifts and cards and has helped to bring smiles to the faces of many."
